| Making
a great wine, starts with great grapes. Our pursuit has led us to
California, which produces some of the world’s best grapes.
These grapes are used by some of the finest winemakers in the country.
The climate is ideal for producing grapes that have the characteristics
for making quality wine, a lasting vintage which you will be able
to enjoy over many years.
Our standard bearer grape in our red
wine is Cabernet Sauvignon from Alexander Valley, Sonoma County.
We have used these grapes in our 2004 and 2005 vintages.
In 2007
we produced our first white wine a Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley.
The hot days and cool nights in Napa are ideal conditions for creating
our crisp, clean and refreshing wine.
For 2008 we decided to offer
a Pinot Grigio from Napa Valley.
Our grapes are tested and checked until they are ready. To avoid
shock the grapes are picked at night and rushed to us in refrigerated
trucks. We immediately start the crush and begin the wine making
process. |
