In
the end, what it’s all about is the wine. Everything we’ve
done along the way has insured a fine, drinkable wine with a rich,
complex flavor.

2009 Chardonnay - Russian River Valley
Once again in keeping with tradition, our earlier whites were fruit forward, crisp and balanced, the Chardonnay is no exception. Chosen and processed to show its best without oak, aromas of citrus and green apple jump out followed by the lively tropical flavors of mangos, melon and a hint of pineapple. The clean long finish makes for a great cocktail wine or a light food companion.

2008 Cabernet
Sauvignon/Petite Sirah – Alexander Valley – Sonoma County
Bronze Medal Winner - Finger
Lakes International Wine Competition
Silver Medal Winner - International
Eastern Wine Competition
Having two other outstanding wines in our cellar gave us an opportunity to create an opulent blend to our own delight. A bigger richer Cabernet with deep firm flavors of macerated berries balanced with a little over the top concentration of Petite Sirah that adds distinct bramble berry, and earthy plum flavors which combine to show a consistent complexity of harmonious fruit, spice and oak that go long into the finish, a showcase of the blenders art.

This offering features the same great cabernet grapes from the Alexander Valley
in Sonoma County, California. This wine has been aged longer in our French and
American oak barrels and in the bottle. The result is the same robust and full-bodied
wine, deeply colored, tannin rich, and the flavor is impressively long. The longer
barrel time has imbued the wine with slightly mellower palate and a smoother
finish. It has also enhanced the subtle overtones of blackberries, spicy black
pepper and vanilla on the finish.

for an hour before drinking if possible. Or the wine can be decanted. This
